How can we work in partnership across service areas and sectors to provide support for people across the lifespan? Explore resources for Global Intergenerational Week. 

Having excellent services is not enough if they operate in isolation from each other and from the people they serve. Legislation such as the Care Act 2014 and the Children and Families Act 2014 aims to promote holistic approaches however, this is still a challenge.  

A series of new videos share collaborative working across the lifespan in the health and social care sectors in different contexts. The videos explore examples of innovative practice across the country, highlighting the importance of co-production and collaboration.  

It’s important that we build closer connections and understanding across Children’s and Adults’ Services. Lisa Smith and Susannah Bowyer recently highlighted the importance of intergenerational work
