Designed for learning and development colleagues, this workshop aims to support participants to independently develop and deliver engaging learning sessions about practitioner resilience and wellbeing using Research in Practice resources.

Learning outcomes

As a result of attending this workshop you will be able to:

  • Use Research in Practice resources, activities and tools to support learning sessions on practitioner resilience and wellbeing. Participants will be provided with a resource sheet as part of the session.
  • Appraise how colleagues have used Research in Practice resources to create their own tools for learning and development in their organisation.
  • Analyse and reflect on your own experiences of what make an effective learning session on analysis and critical thinking.

Learn and deliver programme

Develop your knowledge of learning theory, support online facilitation skills and discuss how to develop your own bespoke sessions.
