In this interactive workshop, we will discuss approaches to develop and sustain a strong learning culture within your organisation.

- Explain the reasons we should evaluate the impact of learning events.
- Compare different models for evaluating impact.
- Select an appropriate method to measure different levels of impact.
- Plan to overcome barriers to meaningful evaluation.
