Designed for learning and development colleagues, these sessions aim to build capacity within your organisation by increasing your understanding of digital learning theories. In this interactive workshop, we will discuss approaches to develop and sustain a strong learning culture within your organisation.

- Explain the reasons we should evaluate the impact of learning events.
- Compare different models for evaluating impact.
- Select an appropriate method to measure different levels of impact.
- Plan to overcome barriers to meaningful evaluation.
