Designed for learning and development colleagues, this workshop aims to support participants to independently develop and deliver engaging learning sessions about trauma-informed approaches, using Research in Practice resources.
Learning outcomes
As a result of attending this workshop you will be able to:
- Use Research in Practice resources, activities and tools to support learning sessions on trauma-informed approaches. Participants will be provided with a resource sheet as part of the session.
- Appraise how colleagues have used Research in Practice resources to create their own tools for learning and development in their organisation.
- Analyse and reflect on your own experiences of what make an effective learning session on analysis and critical thinking.
