Peer support - Sustaining a learning culture

Delivered online using Teams

RIP_General_Time

14:00 - 16:00 Thursday, 28 March 2024

This peer support session will give delegates the opportunity to reflect on, and engage with, the learning resources from the sessions on Developing a learning culture - What next? and Skills audit for a digital future and share experiences of applying them in different organisations.  It is not a pre-requisite that you need to have attended previous sessions, but if you can, this will improve your experience in this session.  For those unable to attend, we will provide the resources referenced in the previous sessions so that you can review these in advance of the session.

In this session, attendees will:

  • Reflect on your experiences of using some of the learning from previous sessions
  • Hear from peers about their experiences and learn from their successes (and mistakes!)
  • Continue to develop your approach to addressing workforce needs using the resources.

Designed for workforce development colleagues, these sessions aim to build your capacity to develop and deliver engaging learning sessions in your organisation, informed by current learning theories and approaches.
