Providing reflective supervision: Workshop for practice supervisors
Providing reflective supervision: Workshop for practice supervisors
An upcoming workshop aims to support practice supervisors to develop confidence, skills, and knowledge in providing reflective supervision.
This interactive session will explore:
- What reflective supervision looks like and how it influences the way in which practitioners work with adults, children, families, and carers.
- The role of reflective supervision in addressing the emotional impact of practice.
- The importance of having an anti-racist focus in supervision and addressing issues of inclusion, diversity, and power through the supervisory relationship.
You will be able to access links to a range of tools, techniques, and approaches to support best use of supervision throughout the workshop.
This session is designed for new and aspiring practice supervisors, or practice supervisors who have not previously accessed CPD opportunities on reflective supervision.
