In this online training webinar, attendees will learn how to use Research in Practice information and resources to develop and deliver their own bespoke training for their workforce covering the four objectives:

  • Understanding what is meant by good practice around assessment.
  • Introducing the five Anchor Principles and good decision-making and how these support assessment.
  • Identifying factors that can affect our ability to perform sound analysis and critical thinking in everyday practice.
  • Developing different tools that can support sound analysis and help us evidence informed decision-making.

Through this training, you'll gain the skills and knowledge to independently develop learning sessions that support continuous professional development of your workforce, and in turn, deliver better outcomes for children, families, and adults.
