Learning Pathways

Learning Pathways guide you through connected Research in Practice key topics, supporting self-directed learning and enhancing professional development.

Learning Pathways guide you through connected Research in Practice key topics for self-directed learning and professional development.

By following a pathway you can deepen your understanding of the topic, learn how to use a number of approaches and build skills which can support you in your work with children, young people, adults and families.

Continuing professional development

By completing a pathway you will be able log several hours of continuing professional development (CPD) for your record.

Each resource includes reflective questions and practice implications to build knowledge and inform your decisions. Each pathway contains resources to watch, read or listen to and opportunities to record your CPD reflections.

Feedback and future development

Development of the Learning Pathway experience is an ongoing process and will continue to evolve. We have listened to your feedback from previous iterations and will continue to do so.

You can provide feedback directly by emailing ask@researchinpractice.org.uk.

Thank you for sharing your views and working together with us in developing this new approach.

Self-directed learning

Pathways are flexible and you can return to each resource in your own time. Your progress will be recorded to your dashboard which you can find by navigating to 'Learning Pathways'.

Please note you will need to sign in to your Research in Practice account to start a pathway and to record your progress. Don't have an account? Sign up.
